Handling Alarms
An Alarm occurs when the Panic button is pressed by the field personnel. This opens a secure, dedicated communication line between the personnel and the Command Centre.
The Command Centre will display a pop-up screen that shows the origin of the alarm and the current or last known location. The pop-up screen can only be dismissed once an action has been taken and communicated to the field personnel/relief team. |
